Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia T. Jackson
Hi Olivia T., please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I got started with entrepreneurship by attending a local charter school “Memphis Business Academy” there I was taught how to be my own boss, how to manage money and how to speak another language. I used those tools and information to start my own business. Although my business is small I feel as if it has made a big impact in my own life. My business is named “Jackson Enterprise” also known as Olivia T Jackson, Your Local Mobile Notary. Originally I started off with being a notary public and from my own research I have discovered otherways to use my commission. Which is now why I am too a loan signing agent as well as a field inspector. Other notary peers are unaware of the different roles you can play as a notary public and I would like to help educate and motivate, I know it’s hard looking for another source of income. Finally, I found myself being an entrepreneur for the sake of my environment, my son and for myself. I believe in creating generational wealth and breaking family curses. I always wanted better for myseld and since I have became someones mother, I want the BEST for my son too.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There have been many challenges. Specially trying to add on different services to my business but I never gave up. I always found myself still going. When it’s just you and no one else it can be challenging all the time. Struggling with buying your own materials to researching information on how to do this for your business.

I am Olivia T. Jackson, Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent and Field Inspector. I specialize in witnessing the signing of important documents, verifying the identity of the signatories, and ensuring that they are signing voluntarily and without duress. I also administer oaths and affirmations, certify copies of certain documents, and take affidavits and statutory declarations.
I am known for helping my clients prevent any fraudulent activity and ensures the proper execution of legal documents and that’s for both general notarization to field inspections. I do all this in a timely manner!
What sets me apart from others is I can be versatile, attentive to details, very professional, critical thinker, and I am willing to adapt.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Never to give up no matter what! So many times I tried giving up then BOOM an email may appear for notary needs or a case has to be done with an inspection. Like there’s always a sign, you just have to pay attention! I believe in God and one thing for sure if you pray for it cherish it.
