We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing about my life has been a smooth road. But one of my most difficult struggles would be making it D1 and pro.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Director of Player Development at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

I’m most known for being part owner of the Grind & Advance Corporation. The level of talent and results in our performance development system is what sets us apart from others.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
What has worked for me the best is just getting out and meeting people in person.
