Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Hobson.
Hi Jennifer , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our family decided we wanted a change. We wanted to do something different that would bring a smile to our customers faces. We thought about various food truck options, but ice cream seemed to be the best fit for us. We love soft serve ice cream and we love to be creative in making our products. We specialize in our sundaes which allows are creativity. We love experimenting with flavors to make the best shakes for our customers. We love what we do and we love going to different towns to bring our customers the best soft serve products we can.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We began our journey in March 2024. We have learned what events and locations are good for us. We have met some wonderful food truck friends who have helped guide us along our journey.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We like to look at all of our ingredients and come up with something new. When fall was around the corner, it gave us a new excitement because we could then add our fall menu. We took some of our favorites, peach cobbler, apple pie, caramel apples and fudge brownies and turned them into beautiful shakes and sundaes. We also like to think outside the box. We have ice cream nachos which you can personalize with any of our 30+ flavors of soft serve.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I feel like treating every customer like they are important is key because they are important to us. They choose us and we want to make them the best product we can. We feel like offering new and different menu options like our Coffe Shakes set us apart. Our customers tell their friends and they come and find us. We owe our success to our customers.
