Hi Vilencia & Toysha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Girlz on the Move story begins in 2018 when Toysha and I decide to attend a paint party in Memphis, that was thrown by a group from Minnesota.
It inspired us to keep the fun going in Memphis. We have always talked about starting something diffident to bring family and friends together to have fun.
That’s when Girlz on The Move was started by us, as a dream that became a reality. Girlz on the Move, Toysha, and I started having paint parties in Memphis and it rapidly grow to have events across the mid-South.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
2020 during the pandemic Covid-19, we were faced with many challenges. The pandemic covid 19 causes the social distance and forces us to reorganize our business structure.
During this time, Girlz on the Move decided to start offering home paint party kits, sweet treats, appetizers, décor, and more. This really helped scaled our business to another level.

Our dream plus our motivation became our reality.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
After starting the home paint party kits our delivery service increased greatly from locally to out-of-town deliveries in a short period of time. Girlz on the Move delivery are now nationwide.
