Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Kearney.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey started in 2015. I was working for a big restaurant chain and when things went left I was given the opportunity to open my restaurant. I couldn’t let this opportunity slip away and so East Memphis Pizza and Subs became my new adventure.
We have been thriving ever since. We don’t just serve food as any regular restaurant, we love our community and find ways to give back as well.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing is ever a smooth road. We’ve had our trials and tribulations but we always bounce back and make a way. The most recent struggle is the kitchen catching fire and shutting us down. We have not let that get us down and with the support of our family, friends, and community, we’ve found a way to keep thriving!
We’ve been impressed with East Memphis Pizza and Subs, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are home of the overstuffed potatoes! We know there are plenty of others that do loaded potatoes but ours are set apart from the rest! Our potatoes are the number one sellers! All of our food is made to order and with love.
