Today we’d like to introduce you to Kimberly Jackson.
Hi Kimberly, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a certified life coach. I am Kimspirations launched in January 2022. I am an emphatic person and I love to help others find solutions to their problems. Often times while conversing with others I jump into what some consider “therapy mode” and help them make sense of the ideas that are in their heads. My professional career is in social work.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker as well as a Licensed School Social Worker, so I am no stranger to helping others develop solutions to their problems and I naturally support and encourage them during the process. I wholeheartedly believe God created everyone on purpose for a purpose and some people just need a little help figuring out what their purpose is, and that is where I come into the equation.
I understand not everyone needs therapy and not everyone is comfortable with therapy yet, so I am Kimspirations was created to assist others with goal setting and encourage them to tap into their full potential. I know from personal experiences how knowing your “why” when it comes to dreams and aspirations, ignites and keeps the desire burning, increasing the chances of accomplishing the goal.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a completely smooth road for me. During the process of getting my certification, I would often become discouraged thinking I wouldn’t be “accepted” as a life coach.
After being reminded that I have a God-given talent for listening, helping, and uplifting others, I would shift gears and continue to press forward through the program. After I launched I became discouraged again after people did not start to fill up as I anticipated. I’ve taken the last two weeks to focus more on how to appeal to my target audience.
It can be pretty difficult balancing 2 jobs and launching a business.

I am Kimspirations is a life coaching agency launched in January 2022 which focuses on finding clarity in all aspects of life. I am Kimspirations assists young adults simplify the goal-setting process while encouraging them every step of the way. Coaching services are available in the evenings and on Saturdays to cater to the professional work schedule.
I specialize in assisting with personal, relational, and professional goals. My therapeutic background allows me to approach the client from a person-centered and strengths perspective. I utilize effective communication skills to help you reach your “light bulb” moment. My compassion and emphatic characteristics set me apart from any other life coach.
I understand how the past, present, and future influence each other. I am able to help others change the trajectory of how life is going by identifying barriers and creating a working plan to dissolve them.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5-10 years, I see I am Kimspirations having a brick and mortar where clients are able to come to lay on my clarity coach and establish a plan for a successful life. I also see I am Kimspirations creating workshops and writing books on creating and executing goals in various areas of your life.
