Hi Ashley, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always had a love for children and babysat at a young age. But I started as a “Nanny” in high school. That’s when I realized that this type of childcare was needed and in high demand. I then fell in love with not only caring for children/families but the idea as a business well.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all! It’s a joy, it’s fun, it’s rewarding, but it can also be frustrating.
Mostly interacting with people can always be difficult. And to be honest, with the pandemic and at-home childcare being essential, it’s been crazy! But I’m always up for a challenge. I also take pride in finding a good match (Nanny) for families in need.
