Hi Aleah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Sunshine’s Kitchen was inspired by the great leaders that did herbalist work before me. Dr. Sebi and Dr. Lalila Afrika were my first teachers. I watch them heal people from diseases doctors would say there’s no coming back from. I’ve been studying and researching herbs and the body since 2016. It became my passion quickly. I wanted to be a part of helping people accomplish a fulfilling overall well-being.
I have used herbs to improve my overall well-being as well as my family and the local community. I noticed that not many people knew the power of herbs and how they could aid the body. I have made it my life’s purpose to shed light on the power of herbs to help improve our community’s way of life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Once I decided to step out and fulfill my purpose it was smooth sailing! This is why I encourage people to operate on purpose.
Of course, there will be challenging times but when you are on purpose those bumps in the road can be used as motivation to keep pushing forward. I’ve had the support of family, friends, and my local community. I am forever grateful for their support. I am blessed to say that there haven’t been any struggles for me in this journey.
We’ve been impressed with Sunshine’s Kitchen, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sunshine’s Kitchen is a herbal botanical shop that specializes in creating herbal remedies that aides the body in maintaining its health and encouraging your body to heal. Sunshine’s Kitchen has played a part in many healing stories in the community. At Sunshine’s Kitchen, we believe that the body was perfectly designed to heal itself and it’s possible by giving your body the proper environment to heal.
What I am most proud of about my company is its authenticity. I ensure that my products are of the best quality and are always organic. I pride myself on being more concerned with the health of my customers than my profit. I want to see my community healthy and happy and that’s what fuels me to keep doing the work.
