Meet Briana Brooks-Brown of Bri Bliss Designs

Today we’d like to introduce you to Briana Brooks-Brown.

Briana Brooks-Brown

Hi Briana, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am B. Lashon, aka Bri, I am a serial business owner. I am a wife to the love of my life, Johnny Brown(JB), and a mother to my identical twins Amari and Ahmir Brown. I recently welcomed my newest baby boy Akari Brown. I own a Salon that I rent out to business owners to service their clients. I also own a women’s yoni care business, Blissful Nectar, that offers holistic yoni care products for women.

My most notable business is Bri Bliss Designs, which is my Graphic design and marketing firm. I have over 7 years of experience and education in this field. I have serviced over 500 businesses both foreign and domestically. Bri Bliss Designs is my heart and soul. When I started in 2016, I knew absolutely NOTHING about business. I learned everything about starting and successfully running a business.

I started my business every brand has a story. I love to convey that story through graphic design and marketing. I have been helping businesses develop and grow. While creating competitive crushing graphics and displaying the business’s core values. I understand that first impressions are lasting impressions. Creating meaningful impressions for my client’s target audience is my passion. I have perfected expressing my business brand identity. It’s my passion and I love to do it.

My support system has been the key to my success. My amazing husband saw my vision and dream and invested in my dreams. He helps me every step of the way from planning to giving me an extra push whenever I need it. My mom is my backbone! My greatest aspiration in life is to be a daughter my mom can be proud of because she worked extremely hard to provide a great life for me and my siblings. My family is there to help me with whatever I need.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It had not been an easy journey on the way to success. However, I never wanted to give up. Any adversity I face I give it my absolute best, and work hard to improve the next time. Let’s be honest Small businesses don’t have the best support.

However small businesses get judged the harshest. It’s a part of entrepreneurship, especially in the African American community. I take all criticism good and bad and use them as lessons to make improvements. I feel as though any hard work or sacrifices you have to make for your success is worth it.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
