Hi Justin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
We got started in 2020 when COVID-19 hit! Got fired at that time so I was forced to cook which was & still is my passion but I didn’t have much time due to me working sooooo many hours!!
My wife was pregnant with our first son whom ” Zuberi Zings* is named…before it was Zuberi Zings it was *Blaze Food on Fire* 2020 helped & hurt so many people but God!!! Thank him for allowing us to make it out…we not only have the food truck menu but we also have catering menu options as well!!
Thank you to all our supporters’ friends & family because without you all none of this would be possible.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting as a food truck owner not knowing anything about food trucks, I just knew that my passion was cooking something I love doing!!!
Of course, things broke down…business got slow so we were juggling between bills. But God!!! He made away!! And that’s what counts!!! We just never gave up!!! That was the key!! Never give up once this gets started!!! & we’ve been running since!!!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Me & my wife is a cook!!! I’ve been cooking since I was 2 years old making my breakfast then later got good at making my food!!! My wife wasn’t a cook she started and lol had no choice when COVID-19 hit to get in the kitchen!!! & now she’s wonderful in that kitchen!!!
She does what needs to be done!!! We specialize in wings!!! Some of the best wings in Memphis!!! & I’m not just saying that because it’s my company I mean it!!! I’m most proud of the family I’ve created!!! The things I’ve been able to learn!!! The experience I’ve been able to go through & was able to make it out on top!!

Life is life!!! You got the good & the bad!!! It’s just how you choose to come out!!! What door will you take!!! When times get hard are you going to fold or push through!!!
