We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Initially, the road was bumpy as I had no experience in being an entrepreneur. Reflecting on the spring/summer of 2019 leading up to the launch of Keelco Logistics, the tasks that lay ahead of me were daunting, and I often felt overwhelmed.
But it was at that moment I focused on the mantra “Take it one step at a time”. Now that my companies have reached a steady state of operation, the biggest challenge now is manpower. following the pandemic, there seems to have been a shift in finding people who “want” to work.
That continues to be the biggest challenge for my companies, and I’m sure many others.

Keelco Logistics, LLC is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon Logistics. As a DSP, we are responsible for the last-mile delivery of products ordered off of the Amazon website.
Keelco Enterprises, LLC is the holding company for Maaco Paint & Auto Body Shop. At Maaco, we specialize in automobile painting and light collision repair. I am most proud of the growth of Keelco Logistics, LLC. I started with 5 vehicles and 12 employees, and the company has grown to employ over 130 employees with a delivery fleet of 55 vehicles.
What sets me apart from others is my ability to connect with my employees on an individual basis. I make sure I know each of my employees by first and last name, and I also endeavor to learn something unique about every one of them.
That allows me to create a unique bond with each of my employees and lets them know that I care about them far beyond the walls of Keelco Logistics.

I am addicted to television…. specifically, reality TV and drama series! I spend way too much of my time in front of the television!
