Hi Tabitha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Tabitha Gazelle is a fashion designer who started her career as a model but transitioned into designing her own clothing line. Her brand is also called Tabitha Gazelle. She is known for her focus on self-expression and her Afro Fashion Festival, which provides a platform for creatives in the fashion and beauty industries.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A Smooth Road with bumps and pot holes. The struggles of being a home based business and having the clients in my home was a lot of energy. Some days are moving fast some days it’s like when the next order come in but it’s the survival I appreciate
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize is Prom Gowns, anything formal or costume related. I’m known for the Magazine Gown I presented at the Mem Gala. I was a complete hit. I’m just really proud of myself and how I’ve accomplished so much throughout these years behind the sewing machine. My energy and love goes into each piece and it’s one of a kind.
