Rising Stars: Meet Stephanie Feng of Memphis, South main

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Feng

Hi Stephanie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Juiced what you needed actually started as a tiny food cart specializing in the Memphis AF Burrito. I started doing fresh squeezed lemonades on the cart last summer and they started doing so well I begin adding more flavors, then experimenting with herb and fruit infusions. This summer it’s done so well I am doing three different farmers markets , frequent events with St. Jude and plenty of private catering events on the side.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The rate of success that I’m experiencing is unexpected, but fantastic! it’s definitely been a lot of work! This operation started in my house with only me juicing all this fruit. Some days spending 8 to 10 hours on my feet.
Now we’re looking at opening a brick and mortar. I’m very excited to get this operation out of my house

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?

This year I also started bottling my beverages as fantastic crafted cocktail mixers.

I love to build things and be creative with my setups, so my lemonade stands are both unique and fun. When I have the time I plan on adding more stands. each one with its own unique vibe.
The one I’m most excited about is like Halloween themed stand!

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I feel like you learn a little bit of something (Good and bad) from everyone you meet along the way. I feel it’s important to use everyone’s experiences to help yourself grow
