Today we’d like to introduce you to Chasity Wilkins
Chasity, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey into entrepreneurship started after leaving Arkansas State University where I thought I wanted to be a sports physical therapist helping athletes better their game. I have always been into fitness & helping others with their fitness goals so I thought it would be a good fit for me. I was SO wrong!! I started taking classes where I had to help these big sweaty, smelly football players stretch after they had been in the sun practicing all day & quickly realized that was NOT the career for me! Fast forward to a few years later I picked up an interest to get into real estate. I have always loved to tour beautiful homes & of course watched all of the home shows since I was a kid. I had thought about getting into real estate many times before but for some reason I just never got around to taking the class. Then one day I was having a conversation about real estate with one of my friends and he was like, you know you really should get your real estate license I think you would do great! A few weeks later I finally enrolled in the class finished it in one month & passed my exam on the first try! Now here I am a licensed realtor in the state of Tennessee doing what I really love!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No it has not been a smooth road at all. Being fairly new to this industry I have had to learn what works to get clients and what doesn’t by trial and error. Throughout these struggles I have learned that marketing yourself everyday is really the number one key to success!

I am a licensed realtor in Memphis, TN! I help clients buy, sell and rent properties. As a real estate agent, I am passionate about helping my clients find their dream homes. With my extensive knowledge of the local market and my dedication to understanding their unique needs and preferences, I am committed to finding the perfect property for each and every one of them.
How do you think about happiness?
Knowing that I am able to help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives & find their dream homes makes me so happy!
