Today we’d like to introduce you to Aramis Gentry
Hi Aramis, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born in Atlanta. Raised in memphis, tennessee. My father was a member of the barkays as a guitarist. I was raised around the music industry. I started producing my own music around the age of fifteen. I grew up playing in the marching bands drumline at Amaceo Walker,Mitchell high school & White Haven high school. I attended jackson state university, where I got my first placement as red on a beat! Over the years, I have become a member of the grammy academy and have worked with a number of artists
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has been up-and-down. I remember going to the studio on E. Having to work at fedex and grind the rest of the night at the studio was definitely challenging.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a music producer.I am also a voting member of the grammy academy. What sets me apart is my unique sound and my ability to create on the spot.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan to work with newer artist and provide opportunities for them. I plan on making a bigger foot print on the industry.
