Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Andrews
Hi Sean, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started off at Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2010. I did my first cellphone repair on a iphone 4 generation, and now I work on all cellphones. It can be an apple or android, any model. The most important part is that I keep my business at a professional standard to my customers. I make it so all repairs are professional and reasonable. My business hours are from 7am to 7 pm, but however I even work at 11pm for my customers. Thats what make me stand out from other businesses, I’m always open. I also travel as well. I also do software repair. I’ve worked for private companies to repair phones or laptops so the data could be be retrieved off of the device. I jump the notch up from being a sole proprietorship to LLC in 2012. And I’ve been working for different vendors as Chick-fil-A in Southaven, Dealers Auto Auction of Memphis, MCS. I’m also a substitute teacher at the school I graduated from, Tennessee College of Applied Technology. I give back the knowledge that I learned to the students. When I substitute, I’ll take devices to the school to do repairs and show the students how to do the repairs. So I’ve started working on an iPhone 4 repair and now I’m working on the new iPhone 16 pro max repairs, but no phone is limited to a repair. I’m always open when the stores are closed. I repair iphones, androids, apple watches, ipads, ipods, laptops, macbooks, etc…If you need a repair let me know. Thank you

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No it has not been a smooth road. Anything thats good to come will take some hard work and restless days/nights. I did 4 years in school to gain the skills I have now. So no, easy, not at all. But all hard work pays off.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I specially in repairs on electronics . What makes me stand out is, I don’t stop until the customers are satisfied. I’m pretty much open 24/7 when the other stores are closed. Call me and you need a repair and I’ll get up. I’ve done repairs at 3am. My prices are the best in the city and I know this. More iphones screen repairs take me about 10/15 minutes. My brand name speaks, Esquire Repair. Why go to the rest and you and go to the best.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I’m think this field is something you was born or thought, I have a little bit of both . But I heard when I was a child I use to take my parents VCR/Tv apart and I couldn’t put it back together at the time, lol. My dad would hide all the tools. So, in others words I never stopped at taking things apart, even with a butter knife. It’s somthing that I always wanted to do, I was curious to see how things operated. The best way to gain customers is word of mouth, goolge, great service , communication, knowledge, understanding, patience and best of all is face to face.
