Today we’d like to introduce you to Faith Morgan
Hi Faith, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My holistic journey began in Memphis, Tennessee during 2020. During that time, I had a very hard time discovering products that could heal my eczema flare ups while moisturizing my overall skin. After many failed trials with prescribed medication. It was affecting how I felt about my confidence. So, I took the chance to discover how to make my own body care products.
The first step that I discovered when it came to creating a product is that it is important to start with a clear understanding of what I wanted to achieve. This means not only identifying what the products will do, but also what kind of experience I wanted my customers to have when they use it.
By considering what my target audience was I developed an amazing master plan in creating the perfect product that could cater to all skin types while renewing their overall skin care concerns. This vision allowed me to realize my passion for skin and education,which in returned motivated me to enrolled into Gould’s Academy and attend their Aesthetic Program in 2024 to become a licensed esthetician. My journey through school was amazing but challenging navigating work, life, and school. I had to learn how to create balance in my day to day life. Some days, were sleepless nights and early mornings but the journey was so rewarding because it taught me even when things are out of control God is always in control. I was able to graduate first in my class and on time. Little time after graduating, I was able to become fully licensed in December.
My overall goal for my clients during this time is to realize the beauty that they already have within and develop healthy holistic ways in maintaining that beauty because…..

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My experience in esthetician school was generally smooth, but the beginning posed some challenges. I was so accustomed to helping my family with their issues that choosing to focus on myself felt unfamiliar. At times, I struggled with feelings of sadness, questioning whether I was wrong for prioritizing my own needs. However, my teachers frequently reminded me of the importance of self-love, emphasizing that one must care for oneself in order to care for others. You cannot be your best self if your own cup is not overflowing. Their encouragement empowered me to believe that I could finish school and become the best version of myself moving forward.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a licensed esthetician who specializes in the art of relaxation, focusing on facials, lashes, and brows. I have carefully crafted my products to be entirely natural or plant-based, as I believe that holistic care is often more beneficial for our skin. I proudly promote my products as suitable for sensitive skin, as they are free from parabens and synthetic ingredients.
I take great pride in the growth I have achieved through product creation, networking, and designing quality offerings. I eagerly anticipate the next chapter of my life, feeling fulfilled as I pursue my God-given purpose. My hope is to inspire other young girls to realize that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
My perspective on taking risks is that they are often rooted in fear. Typically, the things we fear most require us to take risks. It involves stepping out of our comfort zone to achieve greater and more rewarding outcomes. I consider myself a risk-taker and someone who has faith. I choose to trust that the more I surrender to God, the more things will align in my favor. Where there is faith, fear cannot exist. I may not always receive what I want immediately, but I know I will get it when God deems it the right time. My advice for anyone looking to start their own business is that it demands you to have faith. And when you can’t see the finish line, remember that it wasn’t the rabbit who won the race.
