Today we’d like to introduce you to The’cool Flame
Hi The’Cool, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey as an artist began back in primary (elementary) school when my friends and I would draw Dragon Ball Z characters just for fun. Back then, I was fully convinced I was The Prince of All Saiyans—Vegeta himself and I even adopted some his mannerisms! However, when Dragon Ball Z ended, so did my enthusiasm for drawing. My early drawings were far from what they are today. I still remember my attempt at sketching Android 18 when she first appeared in the series—it was so bad my friends barely recognized her! In my defense, style matters more than accuracy, so they had no right to make fun of me simply because they couldn’t see my vision😂.
In high school, my passion for creating art made a comeback. This time, I learned the basics of drawing, like how to sketch faces, through WikiHow and other sources. These lessons were crucial as they allowed me to revisit the same Dragon Ball Z characters with newfound knowledge and a deeper love for art. Joining art class for was a turning point—it really honed my skills. My art catalogue always featured vibrant colours and dreamlike ideas. Even though I spent a lot of class time either falling asleep, daydreaming, or doodling, I learned so much by studying historical art movements like Surrealism, Pop Art, and Post-Impressionism during class.
All of those lessons shaped the artist I am today. I’m still researching various art movements and figuring out how to incorporate them into my work. I know the hard work I’m putting in now will pay off. My goal remains clear: to stay consistent, grow in my craft, and keep chasing the vision I’ve had since I was seven years old—to become the best at what I do.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Looking back, I’ve always loved art, even from childhood. In hindsight, the only thing that held me back was the people around me making fun of my work. Their criticism made me doubt myself, and I often gave up on what I loved because I let their noise drown out my passion. Thankfully, I’ve grown past that now.
My drive to succeed and be the best is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it pushes me to constantly evolve and improve. On the other, it sometimes makes me push away people who want to get close to me. This relentless ambition has been a part of me for as long as I’ve been self-aware.
I’ve never seen myself as “normal” because I know I’m something extraordinary—a phenomenon. A one-of-one, not one-in-a-million. The constant pressure I place on myself fuels my success and motivates those around me to chase their own goals.
Speaking of those around me, I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to my friends, family and Instagram followers. They’ve kept me afloat during my most challenging moments, and I’m deeply grateful for their consistent support.
The journey hasn’t been easy. I don’t consider myself naturally talented from a technical standpoint. This sometimes makes me doubt myself, especially when I want to create something complex. For me, that means starting from scratch and struggling through the process until I get it right. But I refuse to let those doubts hold me back.
My motivation remains steadfast: every day, I remind myself that there are only two choices—either I keep trying, failing, and learning until I succeed, or I let the regret of not trying haunt me forever.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m an artist who specialises in Visual Art and Motion Graphics. I love making art that’s out of this world, psychedelic art is a what has the most room in my art catalogue, because life is already stressful with all of its rules so why not create art that allows people to escape from the boring rules of society and life?
I believe that art is a calling, you can be the most technically gifted with your craft but if you don’t allow your unique personality to influence your art then you’re just another artist who can copy-paste something without adding your own element of life to it. When it comes to creating art that’s out of this world and provides an experience, I’m simply the pinnacle and the best at what I do. My task is to put my art where my mouth is of which will take me years of practice and hardship but the vision will be realised in years to come.
How do you define success?
Success is being at peace with your dark side, for if you don’t have peace within yourself all you’ll do is a wage war against the world which in turn will hurt people who never did you wrong to begin with. We all have a side we don’t like but real success isn’t just conquering that vile side, it’s also using it constructively to your aid in pushing through your limits when it comes to fighting for your future.
Also money guys, money will also bring you peace. It reduces problems such as health, dept and other serious matters. It helps way more than motivational quotes will ever do, so get up make that money but do it ethically.
