Today we’d like to introduce you to Serrico Estell
Serrico, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As an artist in Memphis, I started becoming musically enticed in middle school participating in band. As years pass I perfected my craft playing all brass and being recognized for my friendly, outgoing, and comedic personality as well. What made me pursue my artistry vocally was due to different events that caused me to view life certain ways, lose passion playing instruments, and the comfortability I grew composing songs through voice. I always knew I wanted to be successful but in what ways was always unknown so with music being my passion, I decided to pursue this path.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been smooth but yet rocky. Some struggles I can point out is my process with building a team that resulted into me staying focused independently, going through financial complications to invest properly, and staying self motivated so I wouldn’t focus on actual support that lacks greatly.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
So I compose music, perform live, and market through different platforms primarily. I feel I am known for my genuine personality as well as my structure with my campaign. I’m most proud of my determination to keep striving for better with as many bumps in the road and interferences I’ve encountered. What sets me apart from others is my overall approach and image. When people see me it’s unbelievable to them that I am an artist until I actually showcase my talent and let people listen to my sound.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I see it expanding globally and causing an enjoyable impact with society. An impact that causes people to enjoy music w/o the violence or negative approaches that surrounds this lane at the moment.
