Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
B’Fierce & Chic was officially launched in May 2021, but the journey began long before that. As an avid Chicago Stepper, I traveled across states, showcasing Paparazzi Jewelry as a vendor. However, I quickly noticed that the real spotlight wasn’t just on the accessories I was selling it was on my personal style. Time and time again, women would approach me, asking, “Do you have your own boutique?” The question became so frequent that it ignited a spark in me. Fueled by passion and curiosity, I dove into research, determined to turn this interest into something bigger. And from that vision, B’Fierce & Chic was born. A brand that embodies boldness, confidence, and effortless style. Today, B’Fierce & Chic is more than just a fashion brand; it’s a movement for those who dare to stand out.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting my brand was anything but easy. I had a vision but no clear roadmap on how to bring it to life. In the early days, I relied solely on my personal income to purchase inventory and fund my online boutique. It was a journey of trial-and-error emphasis on the errors. Determined to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship, I invested in myself. Despite the hurdles, my passion never wavered. This business is truly my heart and soul. I love what I do, and that passion is reflected in every piece I curate. B’Fierce & Chic isn’t just a boutique; it’s a statement. My signature style? Timeless Glamour with a Modern Edge. Because confidence never goes out of fashion

B’Fierce & Chic Accessories offers a diverse range of fashionable accessories and clothing, including bags, jewelry, hats, dresses, and outerwear. The brand stands out by delivering stylish, high-quality pieces that empower individuals to express their confidence. I take pride in curating bold, unique collections that seamlessly blend contemporary aesthetics with cultural influences, making them not only engaging but also thought-provoking. One of my greatest accomplishments is giving Black women the courage and space to feel beautiful in every piece they wear.

Something that often surprises people about me is that, by day, I’m a librarian! While my nights and weekends are filled with fashion, creativity, and running B’Fierce & Chic, my days are spent surrounded by books, research, and knowledge. It’s the perfect balance—one fuels my love for organization and learning, while the other lets me unleash my passion for style and self-expression.
