As he connected more deeply with the business community, Vontavius saw that many local businesses needed more than repairs — they needed a partner who could help them grow, connect, and stay competitive. That insight inspired him to expand into website design and digital marketing, growing a full-service agency that today supports over 300 businesses nationwide — from small businesses and enterprises to government municipalities.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been smooth, but I’ve always known I was cut out to be an entrepreneur. I never questioned whether I’d stick with it — the only question was how to keep growing and adapting.
In the early days, I wore every hat: fixing computers, handling customer service, managing cash flow — and doing it all without a big team or big budget. As we transitioned from local IT repair to a full-service marketing agency, there were plenty of challenges: building trust in new services, hiring the right people, and learning how to lead a team while delivering results.
Working with small businesses, enterprises, and municipalities taught me a lot about balancing expectations, staying innovative, and focusing on ROI. There were financial pressures and growing pains, but each hurdle pushed me to find solutions, stay focused on serving people well, and lead with strategy.
Those challenges shaped who I am as a leader — they taught me that success is earned through consistency, service, and a willingness to evolve. I still carry those lessons as we keep growing nationwide and prepare to expand internationally.

I believe growth always involves some level of risk — but I’ve never seen risk as reckless. For me, it’s about having the courage to bet on myself, trust my vision, and step outside my comfort zone when it counts.
One of my biggest calculated risks was expanding from a local IT repair service into a full-service website design and marketing agency. That meant taking on bigger projects, building a team, and proving we could deliver real results for businesses nationwide. I knew staying small and safe would limit the opportunities I wanted to create.
That mindset carries through everything I do — from scaling the agency, to planning international expansion, to building my real estate company and growing my personal brand as a speaker and content creator. Smart risks open doors that staying comfortable never will.
