Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Neal, Brittany Thomas, and La’Keithia Caldwell.
Hi Ashley, Brittany, and La’Keithia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Wyn2It Business Solutions was founded by three ladies who first met while attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After college, each partner built a strong career in their own lane: La’Keithia Caldwell became a Certified Public Accountant and launched her own accounting and compliance practice; Brittany Thomas established a successful tax & accounting firm; and Ashley Neal, MPA, built a career in corporate America, specializing in finance, HR, and operations.
Although their paths were different, they each noticed the same recurring challenges amongst small businesses; many were struggling to juggle multiple vendors for accounting, HR, payroll, tax, and marketing, yet still weren’t getting the cohesive support they needed to grow.
Recognizing an opportunity to create something more unified and impactful, the three partners decided to combine their expertise. That collaboration became Wyn2It Business Solutions, a firm built to provide full back-office support and ensure that entrepreneurs have “Whatever you need, When you need it.”(company slogan)
Today, Wyn2It serves clients across Memphis and in major markets nationwide, offering integrated support that helps businesses streamline operations, stay compliant, and scale with confidence.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has definitely had its challenges, but each one has been rewarding. In the beginning, the team had to merge two established professional practices into one unified system, which meant aligning processes, technology, and operations while still supporting clients at a high level. The business also grew quickly, so building structure, hiring, and creating strong internal systems had to happen just as fast. Even with the obstacles, every step strengthened the company and helped shape Wyn2It into the organized, dependable firm it is today.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Wyn2It Business Solutions is our company, and we provide full back-office support to small and growing businesses across Memphis and in markets nationwide. Our services are centered around three core areas. The first is Accounting, which includes bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax preparation, and financial organization. The second is Social Media Management, where we help businesses build strong, consistent brand identities online through content creation, strategy, and engagement. The third area is Human Resources and Payroll, which covers compliance, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll processing, and overall people operations support.
What sets our company apart is how these three areas work together. Rather than treating accounting, HR, and media as separate functions, we integrate them so clients benefit from a unified system. This approach allows business owners to operate more efficiently, stay compliant, and make better decisions because their financial, people, and brand data all work together.
Brand-wise, we are most proud of our commitment to professionalism, consistency, and genuine care for small business owners. Our mission is to provide “Whatever you need, When you need it,” and we live that daily through clear communication, strong systems, and support that truly feels like an extension of each client’s team. We are also proud of our nonprofit arm, Wynner’s Academy, which expands our impact by offering real-world financial and business education to high school students and emerging entrepreneurs.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
There are several resources that have helped guide our growth both personally and professionally. One of the most impactful books has been The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Its principles on integrity, communication, and mindset have strongly influenced how we show up as leaders and how we operate our company.
Another meaningful resource is Gwendolyn Tucker’s leadership book, Called to Lead. Her insight on accountability, emotional intelligence, and purposeful leadership aligns closely with the culture we’re building within our team and the way we support our clients.
For business owners, Atomic Habits by James Clear has also been incredibly valuable. It offers practical strategies for creating systems, improving daily routines, and building sustainable habits that support both personal and business growth.
Another highly recommended book is The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber. It’s a powerful resource for entrepreneurs who want to better understand systems, delegation, and what it really takes to scale a business beyond the owner’s daily involvement.
Together, these books remind us to stay grounded, communicate with intention, build strong habits, and lead with clarity which are qualities that support both our company and the clients we serve.
