Hidden Gems: Meet Christopher Campbell of Campbell’s Property Inspexrions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christopher Campbell.

Hi Christopher, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
It all started at Middle Tennessee State university where I was a criminal justice major. I did a internship with the TBI so I have always had a investigative side but didn’t want to go into law enforcement. So I went the insurance claim route. I did claims for 12 years from a independent adjuster to becoming a staffed adjuster with a insurance company. Which sparked my interest in home inspections.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road. First, the test to become a home inspector is very tough a lot of information to remember and also just getting started you have the gain the trust of relators and buyers and when I was just starting it was hard to gain that trust. Now that I have 3 years under my belt the experience and past clients help with growing my business.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I am the owner and operator of Campbell’s Property Inspections. I do residential and commercial inspections to find defects before purchase or sell. I am one of the youngest home inspectors and have done over 1,000 inspection. I am most proud that I built this business from the ground up and it continues to grow every year and pray that I can continue to help people make one of the biggest decisions that they will possibly have in there life.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I work with realtors everyday. So if you are a realtor let’s connect and help the buyer or seller find the defects in there home.
