Hi Misha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Began my journey in cosmetology school, graduating in 2015 with a passion for hair and a desire to create meaningful experiences for my clients. Shortly after, I relocated to Birmingham, Alabama, where I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally.
Over the years, I’ve refined my skills behind the chair, working with a wide range of textures and services while building a brand rooted in care, education, and artistry. My love for the industry naturally expanded into teaching, leading me to pursue my instructor’s license in 2023.
Today, I am a licensed cosmetologist and educator, committed not only to providing high-quality services but also to mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals. My journey has been one of continuous growth, and I’m proud to be creating a space where beauty, knowledge, and self-discovery all come together.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road—but I truly believe nothing worth having comes easy. Along the way, I’ve faced challenges that tested my confidence, consistency, and patience. There were moments of uncertainty, times where I questioned my path, and seasons where growth felt uncomfortable.
But I now look at my past as ignition; it shaped me, strengthened me, and pushed me into the woman and professional I am today. Every lesson, every setback, and every pivot has contributed to my resilience and purpose.
I’m still learning, still growing, and still embracing each lesson as it comes, knowing that every step is preparing me for something greater.

The Experience is a beauty oasis for people on a journey of self discovery with hair. Whether learning about hair in my apprenticeship or sitting in the chair as a client building confidence.
I specialize in texture hair in ways that others don’t. I service natural curls and coils using varies techniques and different systems that allow the consumer to wear their desired looks. Relaxers, keratin treatments and color to reshape their self image
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Resilience has allowed me to keep going even when things didn’t go as planned, to learn from every experience, and to continue showing up for myself, my clients, and my purpose. It’s what pushed me to grow from just doing hair to becoming an educator and building something bigger than myself.
It’s not just about talent—it’s about the ability to endure, adapt, and evolve. And I’m still doing that every day.
