Today we’d like to introduce you to Jada Reynolds.
Jada, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hello, my name is Jada! I’m originally from Youngstown, Ohio, and I moved to Memphis, Tennessee on July 4, 2020.
When I first got here, I immediately started applying for jobs and ended up working at Amazon and Chick-fil-A.
Fast forward to 2022, I knew I wanted to get into lashes. I saw how big the industry was, and honestly, I was tired of working in the warehouse. I had practiced a little back home on a close friend, but I had put it to the side.
One day, I decided to look up “lash classes near me,” and all that came up were Esthetician schools. To be honest, I didn’t want to go to school. I really thought I could just take a class and get certified.
Instead of doing either, I went on Amazon and ordered a lash kit. When it came in, I practiced day and night.
Fast forward to August 24, 2023—my birthday! I came home, laid across my bed, and my mind was racing. I remember saying, “I’m so tired of working at this warehouse job” (at this time I was working at DHL). I knew I wanted to do something that truly made me happy.
I got up and told my mom, “Ma, I’m going to take out a loan and apply for esthetician school.” And that’s exactly what I did.
I started school on November 6, 2023, and I was so excited.
I’ll never forget my first day. After class, I broke down to my teacher and said, “Ms. Dee, I’m scared to fail. I’m working a full-time warehouse job (peak season was about to start in about 2 weeks), a part-time job, creating content, and now I’m in school.” I didn’t know how I was going to do it— but I DID. GOD DID! He gave me the strength and mindset to push through.
Now we have ENHANCED BY JADA, established in 2022.
I graduated as a Licensed Esthetician and immediately went solo and got my own suite.
Fun fact: We were required to complete 15 facials during school—I completed 100 while still enrolled. Now, almost three years later, I’ve serviced over 300 clients.
February 2026, I took a leap of faith and stepped into my business full time!
I fell in love with facials—that’s what I became known for but I also got into waxing, and if you know… you know! My top two services are Dermaplane facials and Brazilian waxes.
I offer a wide variety of services including Classic, Dermaplane, and Microdermabrasion facials, as well as teen facials, full-body waxing, lashes, and more. I also offer $40 Brazilian waxes for new clients and $70 Classic facials for first-time facial clients.
Long story short: trust yourself, have faith, never give up—and get Enhanced by Jada!
First and foremost, I want to thank my mother for always pushing me and supporting me no matter what. Thank you for being my test-out client, for staying up and studying with me, and for everything you’ve poured into me. I love you, Mom.
Shoutout to Ms. Dee for being such an amazing instructor—patient, kind, and thorough. I love that I can still reach out to her to this day. She has had such a huge impact on my career.

Thankfully yes! It has been a pretty smooth road and I’m so thankful for that.

What I’m proud of the most? Enrolling in school. I’m so thankful that I had that moment in my room. I’m extremely proud of running a successful business!
My professionalism is what sets me apart from others! Everyone knows that and vouch for me. I always get compliments on how I run my business/professionalism. It goes unnoticed and it also goes a long way!
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Consistency and being professional. I also go above and beyond!
Even on days when I felt tired, discouraged, or unsure, I kept showing up for my clients, my business, and myself. I stayed committed to practicing, learning, and improving my craft. Consistency is what took me from practicing with a lash kit at home to becoming Licensed Esthetician with a growing clientele.
