Hi Bubba, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was a Deputy Sheriff for Five years retired and during that time had started Midsouth Ponds. When COVID hit in 2020 business completely took off and expanded. I retired from the Sheriff’s office and now run the day to day of Midsouth Ponds. Last year we were named the #1 Top Frog which is the top contractor in the world by the largest pond manufacturer in the world Aquascape Inc.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Many challenges along the way with finding, training and retaining employees especially while I was still working at the Sheriffs office

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
