Hi Molly and Sharita, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We started doing party setups for family, for over 2 years now. Mo was hesitant and was wanting to it just as she had done it. But we all have that wild card friend that pushes you out of the box and Ri did just that! Last year we made it official by obtaining our business license and owning what we do. Creating creations for events and seeing the wow factor on the faces of those we served, was and is all the push we needed to make Mo and Ri Creations a reality.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A challenge faced and continuing to overcome, are those who really can’t see the vision, and because anyone can so call decorate, the profession isn’t taken seriously. Oh but when our customers book us and very surprised by the outcome, its all the motivation we need to keep pushing! The road has been pretty smooth, because we as partners have a good understanding of each other strengths and weaknesses amd we play on each other strengths to operate the business. Mostly we are of one mind. Is working with family and obstacle one may ask, due to all the negativity sometimes given around working with family. But not for us, operating in the love frequency is what we are all about! Promoting that will help foster more joy in the world, of which we are called to be an example!
