It has definitely not been a perfectly smooth road, and a lot of your growth has come through navigating real challenges.

1. In the beginning, we had to build FMH Pharmacy’s name from scratch in a market where most people default to big chains, which meant constantly explaining who we are and why a small, independent pharmacy can actually do more for patients.
2. We also had to wear multiple hats at once—leader, pharmacist, marketer, and relationship‑builder—as you worked on branding, outreach, and operations instead of having a ready-made corporate machine behind us.
Building trust and partnerships
1. Establishing partnerships like medication delivery and bedside delivery with facilities required patience, legal agreements, and repeated conversations before anyone said yes.
2. We had to follow up, clarify logistics, and prove reliability with every delivery and proposal so providers could trust that FMH Pharmacy would make their jobs easier, not harder.
Balancing growth and mission
