Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrienne Walton.
Hi Adrienne, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story really begins with seeing the gaps in healthcare.
During my years as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, I constantly met patients who were struggling to access care — people who couldn’t get off work, didn’t have transportation, were intimidated by long wait times, or simply felt overlooked in traditional healthcare settings. I noticed that many of their health issues were rooted not just in illness, but in lack of access, convenience, and support.
That’s where the vision for Grace Health & Wellness Services, PLLC was born.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t been completely smooth. Growing a new practice, building trust, and introducing mobile and telehealth services came with challenges. We are still working to make our practice more visible to the community
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I focus on providing convenient, accessible care through mobile services and telehealth. I specialize in primary care, wellness, weight management, and mental health support, with a strong emphasis on meeting patients where they are.
I’m most proud of creating a practice that removes barriers and makes healthcare easier for busy families and individuals who struggle with access. What truly sets us apart is our patient-centered approach — we bring care directly to the patient, offer flexible telehealth options, and take time to listen, educate, and support the whole person.
Our goal is simple: quality care, delivered with compassion and convenience.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success by the impact we make on people’s lives. If patients feel heard, supported, and able to access care more easily because of what we offer, that’s success. It’s not just numbers or growth — it’s knowing that our work is improving health, building trust, and making care more convenient for the people who need it most.
