Check Out Cindy Longmire’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cindy Longmire.

Cindy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
In 2018, I started my mobile manicure and pedicure business for individuals that are homebound or have difficulty getting about because of a medical condition. I immediately began networking and building relationships with Home Health and Hospice agencies. Also social workers and physical therapist that have home bound clients. I also visit Memory Care facilities to do nails services for those with dementia/Alzheimer’s.
The majority of my clients come from referrals from medical professionals that trust and support me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Covid . That changed our world in so many ways, the isolation and neglect that came out of the pandemic, created new challenges on moving forward and getting back to the way we conducted business.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I have such compassion for our elderly population. Especially those living with memory impairments. It is so important to me to make my clients aware that they are important and that they matter. So many times , as they age they feel alone and left out of conversations and decision making. I am most proud of my ability to make someone smile/laugh. I am kind, caring and respectful to each one of them and their families.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
