Today we’d like to introduce you to Mario Wallace.

Hi Mario, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey started in elementary. My Pops gifted me a bubble gum machine. I set that bubble gum machine up in the living room and my family and friends helped me earn my first dollar.

Later in high school, I sold all sorts of things. From hot Cheetos to skittles.

I found most of my customer service skills at my high school job, Domino’s Pizza. We had answered the phone in 1 ring, make sure the pizzas were top tier and deliver orders to the customer within 30 min.

All of those skills helped me become an honorable real estate investor I am today.

Oh yeah and college. Lol.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Now you know the road of an entrepreneur is a bumpy one.

One struggle that I’m still trying to get over is finding the right team. This is so hard for me!

Another struggle that I’m finally overcoming is what to do with the funds once I get them.

I now have five bank accounts for my business. Bank accounts: tax, innovation, marketing, operational expenses, and a reserve bank account.

I’m known to the public as a rapper/singer. I use real estate to push my reality forward.

My business mindset sets me apart from a bunch of artists.
