Community Highlights: Meet Andre Harmon of The Harmon Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andre Harmon.

Hi Andre, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
The Harmon Group launched in 2020 at the height of the pandemic with a mission to empower startups, nonprofits, and small businesses to succeed. As a fully online consulting and creative agency based in Memphis, TN, we partner with clients nationwide to deliver business consulting, branding, web_design, digital_marketing, and technology_integration services.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge made us stronger.”
Launching an online business during the pandemic meant building trust virtually, adapting to new technology fast, and learning how to operate with limited resources. There were moments of uncertainty, long nights, and plenty of trial and error. But each struggle pushed us to refine our systems, stay flexible, and stay committed to serving startups, nonprofits, and small businesses with excellence.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
The Harmon Group is a fully online consulting and creative agency that helps entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and startups grow with confidence. We specialize in business_consulting, branding, web_design, digital_marketing, and professional_printing. Clients know us for making the process simple, strategic, and visually polished from start to finish.

What sets us apart is our online‑first model and our ability to blend strategy with creativity. We’re most proud of helping small businesses and nonprofits build brands that feel professional, intentional, and ready for growth. If readers remember one thing, it’s this: we exist to empower visionaries and bring their ideas to life with clarity, quality, and purpose.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is watching my grandfather and other family members work in ways I didn’t yet understand. They had their regular jobs, but they also spent evenings and weekends doing extra work to support their families. My grandfather was a plumber who also ran a farm and sold his produce from the back of his truck every weekend. At the time, I didn’t know that was entrepreneurship — I just saw dedication and hustle. Looking back, those moments shaped how I view hard work, ownership, and building something of your own.
