Hi Brittany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, I developed a lifelong passion for the car scene at a young age. My mother’s influence played a significant role in shaping this interest, as she would often take me to MIR for Super Chevy and other racing events. Throughout my life, I have been driven by a desire to succeed especially coming from a low income neighborhood.
In 2010, I began my career at a local rim shop, thanks to the help of my mother for getting me the job. I had become the 1st female wheel and tire specialist in Memphis. Despite facing initial challenges due to my lack of experience and knowledge, I was determined to learn as much as possible and build my reputation. My experiences in various aspects of the automotive industry, including drag racing and welding, have been instrumental in shaping my skills and ultimately leading to my ownership of a wheel repair shop.
In 2013, I brought my husband into the wheel business as a welder, and we have since worked side by side. Taking a brief hiatus to become a foster mom and eventually adopt a little boy to complete our family of 4. I returned to the industry with a renewed commitment to delivering exceptional service and educating our customers on wheel types. Memphis’ unique roads are constantly changing. We try to help our customers understand certain vehicles, such as Mercedes and Teslas, are more prone to pothole damage.
In 2024, I completed a solo thru-hike of the 290-mile Benton MacKaye Trail spanning from Georgia to North Carolina. During my three-week solo journey, I contemplated our future, our family, and how we could contribute to the community. After returning from my hike, we left our previous employer of 10 years, officially opened Executive Wheel Repair, and thanks to our loyal customers, we have successfully operated for a year, celebrating our anniversary this June.
My journey serves as a testament to the power of perseverance and determination in achieving success. I envisioned becoming the first female owner of a wheel repair shop in Memphis, and thanks to our valued customers, this vision has become a reality. I could not have achieved this with the support of my husband, car family, and friends.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In the beginning as a petite female in a male-dominated industry, I encountered skepticism and discouragement, but I remained committed to my goals. I was thankful along the way I gained massive support through my friends in the car scene who truly encouraged me to continue on this path. Through time I gained a respectable reputation and loyal customer base
Starting a new company with two young boys at home was something we had to adjust to with work schedules, school schedules, and sporting events. We are thankful we’ve been able to continue to be present while running Executive.
After over a decade at the same shop, customers remained unaware that we had left and established our own company. We have a highly loyal customer base, and once they became aware that we had left our previous employer, they quickly reached out to find our new business location.

Our comprehensive services include caliper painting, multi-piece wheel rebuilds, and powder coating as well as wheel and tire packages, With over a decade of experience, we are esteemed as the leading wheel experts in Memphis. Both my husband and I are accomplished wheel and tire specialists, possessing supplementary expertise in the industry. Not only is this a career but it’s our passion. My husband Nick and I have worked side by side supporting each other’s dream while acquiring the knowledge to help better serve our customers. We believe in honesty and strive to leave our sons a respectable, successful business one day.

At Executive, we believe collaboration is key. We collaborate with local wheel repair shops, focusing on customer needs. Shops that cannot provide required services refer clients to us, and we reciprocate. We value support from friends, customers, and fellow shops. Our client services include retail and wholesale options. We maintain an active presence on social media and participate in local events supporting our community.
