Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
A few years ago, I didn’t make time to take care of myself until I was forced to, due to a decline in my health. From that moment I told myself I had many reasons to live and I quickly shifted my mindset, implemented a self-care regimen, and remained consistent as I successfully achieved my well being goals.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I was faced with many challenges and struggles that included lack of motivation and support! I made every excuse as to why I couldn’t go to the gym, whereas; I had a paid membership. Food was my comfort zone. When I first started the journey I knew what I needed to do but many days I let self get in the way! The hardest thing to do when making lifestyle changes is being consistent.

I have a Health and Wellness business and brand called Shift Your Mindset. We offer retail dietary supplements that assist with achieving health and fitness goals.

What sets the business apart from others is that not only am I the owner but I am the walking billboard for the business and I can speak from my own experience and the public has seen my highs the lows, my fails and my success!
The business is very authentic I don’t use generated advertisement photos!.

While hardwork is crucial I was exposed to many opportunities and growth.
