Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenneth “DraMa KinG” McKeown.
Hi Kenneth, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I always wanted to make content growing up watching content creators like Berleezy, RDC World, and CoryxKenshin. Started making content on the platform “Vine” Before it got shut down then moved my talents to youtube.
I started gaining traction when I decided to make videos on Tiktok and it was up from there making Anime Gaming content. I also LiveStream on Twitch where I’ve been on the platform for 5 years on and off. Just last year, I started to take content creation seriously and gain over 100k followers on Tiktok!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s not all peaches and cream. Yes, making content can be fun but it’s like a full-time job consistently coming up with ideas, editing videos, and making sure you keep your mind in check.
You have videos that do good and videos that do bad but you constantly remind yourself why you make content in the first place, to have fun!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I just like creating things.
Making stories for the most part I also voice act in my own videos… that’s what I feel sets me apart from the rest. I’m known for mixing everyday life and putting an anime twist on relatable things (ex: “When the anime kid plays among us) I’m most proud of the progress I’ve made as a content creator.
We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Most people don’t know that I like to sing and one day, I want to make one album just to say that I did it… I want to name it “Mid-life Crisis” when I hit 30, lol.
