In 2019, the idea for Profound Galas and Management Services was born—not just as an event planning company, but as a vision to redefine how people experience celebrations. At the heart of it was a simple mission: to let clients enjoy their moments without the stress of planning.
But just as things were about to launch, the world changed. The COVID-19 pandemic swept across the globe, halting gatherings and transforming the way people connected. For many, it was a time of uncertainty. For Profound Galas, it was a time to innovate.
Rather than close the doors before they even opened, the team took a step back and asked: How can we help people celebrate safely, without sacrificing quality or connection? The answer was clear—go fully virtual.
By 2022, Profound Galas opened its digital doors. Everything from consultations to coordination was streamlined through Zoom, emails, calls, and text. It didn’t matter where you were—if you had a vision, they were ready to bring it to life.
From corporate functions to private celebrations and elegant galas, the company’s virtual model proved to be not just efficient, but deeply personal. Clients simply filled out a short contact form, shared their event needs, and the team got to work. Drawing from a wide network of trusted vendors, Profound Galas curated each event based on the client’s budget, preferences, and goals—handling contracts, communication, and coordination every step of the way.
And when the day of the event arrived, there was only one thing left for the clients to do: relax and enjoy the moment.
Profound Galas wasn’t just built during a pandemic—it was built for people. For joy. For ease. And for unforgettable experiences without the stress.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
So, I have personally been involved in my community doing volunteer work. I was in college and graduated I worked in the medical field for 10 years and that’s where I started learning what it was to own and manage a company. From that I’ve been in tech. Ever since I was a child I’ve loved to decorate, design and plan and wanted my own company at some point. So I’ve always given advise to others and have taken control in all situations then thought you know what I DO want to help manage and give ideas to other professionally and from there the idea of this company was born.
What matters most to you?
Others happiness – having fun without worrying sacrificing quality due to lack of resources or money , realizing the possibilities, networking and connections
My success – growing as a company, happy clients, providing jobs that offer real leeway without the stress.
Pricing:
- 20-30% Depending on the size for General Events
- Wedding’s Depends on sizing and time to plan, Large/Average/Small
- Corporate event compensation is 20% of the total event cost. With 50% of the compensation due upon signing.
- Quinceañera’s if large will be treated like weddings otherwise they will be the typical event percentage.
- Really all in all things will be tailored depending on the work done. This is why a consultation is best.
