Today we’d like to introduce you to Rahman McWilliams.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Started out cutting hair got an opportunity of a lifetime to start a barbershop inside Oak Court Mall 3 years ago. In my 1st year, I won tenant of the year. I also cook, I put my recipe on Facebook and it went viral… I’m an activist in the community, I have a none prophet name M.A.G. “MAKING ACHIEVABLE GOALS.” I’m originally from Cleveland Mississippi.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Its ups and downs in running a business dealing with COVID-19 is a challenge we all have, but I learn from every struggle I have from the business, I wouldn’t change anything.

I’m the owner of Cut Lab Barbershop, I run the company, I have a great staff that does a professional job on cutting and running the company my role is to get more clients for them… so I spend a lot of time marking for the business,
