Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Jaffe.
Hi Rebecca, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
After a profound spiritual awakening experience at the end of 2015, I dove headfirst into studying all things esoteric and developing my spiritual gifts. I had been a professional photographer for years at that point and had no desire to do anything else professionally. However, in 2019, I felt called to make a pivot in my career, but I didn’t know exactly what that would look like. In early 2020 I got the message from my guides that I would be opening a business reading the Akashic records for others. It was truly divinely led every step of the way. On August 18, 2020 I opened my business Akashic Bec. Because of the pandemic, I only did online sessions starting out. Over time, I gained more opportunities to read in person as well, Delta Groove Yoga allowed me to perform sessions there in 2021. Since then I’ve worked with other local businesses reading and teaching.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For the most part, I’ve had a very beautiful experience with my business. I’ve met the most amazing, wonderful souls! This work has been fulfilling for me both personally and professionally. However, yes, I have had some difficulties along the way, I think most people can agree that when you are a business owner, you’re going to have to face certain challenges. Despite those circumstances, I have been able to overcome and learn from them. It has made me stronger, more aware and helped me grow.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What I’m most known for are my Akashic Record readings, they are my most requested service still and I’ve read for beautiful souls all over the world. My second most requested service is past life regression. In 2022, I received my credentials for SCHH & past life regression hypnosis, and the following year obtained credentials in CBT and Trauma Facing coaching. I work with many individuals who have dealt with trauma, who feel stuck in cycles and want to overcome their fears. This training actually serves me in my Akashic Readings as well. I also offer energy mapping sessions, Emotion Code/Body Code sessions, Numerology reports and Intuitive Guidance sessions with Tarot. What sets me apart is my ability to go beneath the surface level in my readings, I’m not just telling my clients what they want to hear, but what they need, and encourage them to look within themselves for the answers.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Everything in my business has been intuitively led- from starting my business to finding my mentor to what I offer. So my advice to others is to listen to your intuition- I think many of us get stuck in our heads or we listen too much to everything outside of ourselves. We are moving into a new time in humanity, where the things that worked before will not necessarily be the norm in business. Our intuition doesn’t steer us wrong. It lovingly guides, doesn’t feed the ego, and honors our path.
