Today we’d like to introduce you to After The Rain
Hi After, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
After The Rain is an Alt-Rock band based out of Memphis, TN. Since February 2024, we have been playing around Memphis and working on a full-length record set for release in 2025. Through many producers, local venues, and many other local artists, we’ve had a lot of help in this process, and we intend on pushing hard to show as many people as possible this music that we believe in. We have gotten to meet and work with some great people, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest obstacles we have faced up until now are finding people to work with who as passionate about our music as we are. Whether that means venues and booking managers, other local bands, or another musician to join our group. In the past, it has been difficult to find people who were ready and willing to give us an opportunity.

We are a local Alt-Rock band from Memphis, TN. We are heavily inspired by 80’s and 90’s music, all the way from blues to metal.
What makes you happy?
We enjoy seeing how our music impacts those around us. Hopefully, it can make them think about something they haven’t put much thought into, or maybe it can make them feel comforted as they relate to some of our lyrics. Whatever the case may be, we love hearing about how our music has made people feel, and hearing about the good it has done in their lives.
