Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been ups and downs but I say every time I go down it’s the time to think of how to go up higher “you know what I mean..I realy appreciate the long road it’s like the scenery has been beautiful of course there’s traffic jams and potholes but we will get there

I do music it’s like music is effortless tho I am music it’s like the music is realy in me ..before my grandma passed she always told my RUFUS THOMAS WAS MY COUSIN HE WAS A GREAT he even has a statue downtown I always thought to myself I would have one to ..but I want to see it while I’m alive lol ..I can produce all my product are mostly done in house by me that’s beats ,recording,fashion design,graphic art ,visionary, everything media is from ME-dia lol…but I like to work with other producers sometimes because it’s fun and the more people involved with anything is bigger,,So I’m not on my own island like stuck up I’m open to work with those in my range of talents .. I’m known for being the first rapper wearing skinny jeans from MEMPHIS TN and the first artist to have a Crossover record played on HOT 107.1 in memphis tn at first all they played was hardcore rap..IM MOSTLY PROUD THAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED ENOUGH FOR SOMEONE TO CARE TO GIVE ME A LISTEN OR VIEW IM THANKFUL FOR THOSE ALL WHO HAVE SHOWN SUPPORT OF MY CAREER/way of life..EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT YA KNOW YOU CANT GET ANOTHER ME MY FIGER PRINTS SAY THAT ..PS the name CUXTHROAT is because I litteraly had a surgery on my trachea when I was young..I wasn’t supposed to talk but my voice is being heard

Always been a cool guy.lots of people who know me where I’m from call me COOL COURTNEY ..but my family call me COUNT ..like a prince ya know..I always felt like I was the prince of something 🧛🏾..I always been interested in fashion and urban music culture I embody it all people are always interested in my Ora
