Hi Francheska “Fancy”, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I actually started doing taxes back in 2018 as a side hustle. At the time, I wasn’t running a company; I was just helping out family and friends who trusted me to handle their returns. The more I did it, the more I realized not only did I enjoy the work, but I was actually good at it.
That’s when I decided to take it more seriously. I invested in professional training, learned how to stay compliant with tax laws, and really built up my knowledge. Over time, I turned what was once a side hustle into a real business.
Fast forward to today; I’ve been in business for 7 years, running Fancy Tax Solutions, LLC. Now, I don’t just prepare taxes. I teach others how to start their own profitable tax business, and I help people launch nonprofit organizations while making sure they stay up to date with their tax filings.
What started out as something small has grown into something that allows me to help people, create opportunities, and build a legacy.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Honestly, no! It hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most entrepreneurs, I’ve had my share of challenges. There were times I doubted myself, but every obstacle pushed me to grow and get better. What I’ve learned is that success doesn’t come overnight, but if you stay consistent and keep learning, you’ll build something you’re proud of.

At Fancy Tax Solutions, LLC we specialize in tax preparation and planning for individuals and small businesses, but we go beyond just filing taxes. I also teach people how to start and grow their own profitable tax businesses, and I help individuals set up nonprofit organizations while making sure they stay compliant with their tax filings.
My goal is to empower people; whether that’s by saving them money, helping them launch a business, or giving them the tools to create financial freedom.
What’s next?
My future plans are to make Fancy Tax Solutions more than just a tax prep company. I’m building it into a hub where people can learn, grow, and launch businesses; whether that’s a tax office or a nonprofit. I want to help people create freedom through business ownership. Long term, I’d love to grow into having multiple locations so I can impact people nationwide.
