Exploring Life & Business with Kenya Dalton of EMORA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenya Dalton.

Hi Kenya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey started in 2020, when I launched Perfect Rx Skincare on Facebook. It went viral almost overnight, and that unexpected success completely changed my life. I channeled that momentum into esthetician school, graduated, and opened my first facial room to start taking clients. Everything was moving at such a rapid pace that I eventually hit a wall of burnout, so I made the decision to step back and take a year off to reset. Now, I’m returning with EMORA—the elevated, sensory-based wellness evolution of my original brand. We haven’t officially launched on the market just yet, but this comeback is all about intentional self-care.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a linear or easy road. Like many entrepreneurs scaling quickly, I had to navigate deep bouts of imposter syndrome and the constant challenge of finding a true work-life balance while keeping up with customer demands. Looking back, those struggles were necessary; they taught me resilience, forced me to set boundaries, and ultimately shaped the intentionality behind Emora today.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about EMORA?
Through EMORA we specialize in sensory-based wellness, bridging the gap between intentional skincare and true mind-body restoration. What sets us apart is our deep-rooted commitment to mindful self-care—moving away from fast-paced, high-stress beauty culture and focusing instead on products and experiences that nurture the senses. Brand-wise, I am most proud of our evolution: taking the raw, viral foundation of where I started with Perfect Rx and refining it into a mature, elevated luxury line. For your readers, I want them to know that EMORA isn’t just about skincare; it’s an invitation to pause, reset, and experience wellness as a daily ritual.

What makes you happy?
What truly makes me happy is when my inner world reflects my outer world- finding that deep, intentional alignment where my personal peace, mindset, and creative energy match the life and space I’ve built around me. When everything is in harmony, that is true fulfillment.
