Ledora Lee was born and raised in Memphis, TN. The graduate of Sheffield High School decided 2 years into nursing school she wanted to change her studies to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician in 2010.
After 9 years as a CPhT, Ledora’s newfound love for Hair and Skincare & with many failed attempts with your everyday products on the shelves in stores that opened her eyes to create her own that actually caters to the hair and skin without all the harsh chemicals. That’s when the “magic” happened, the birth Crown of Coils Beauty Bar was established in July 2019 and to this day has flourished to be her Fifth child, YEP I SAID it FIFTH! While she curates these 100% natural hair and skin care products, especially for you she’s a mother to 4 amazing children and wears a plethora of hats in her everyday life. But with Ledora’s determination to make sure each and everyone experiences a Natural product, naturally made, just like them! She continues to give you Coily Queens and Kings your new favorite hair and skin care line.
While Ledora’s legacy is still being written she recently relocated to Dallas, TX & can’t wait to show you all what’s in store for her company and for your hair and skin!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Honestly, there have been a few bumps in the road being new to the business, but nothing is unbearable when you have faith and God on your side.
I would say my biggest struggle was finding the right way to network and build awareness. We as business owners have the tendency to think to start a business and everything will go perfectly, but that’s, not the case! You have to be consistent, network as much as possible and know your target audience.
We’ve been impressed with Crown Of Coils Beauty Bar, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
People often ask, what does it offer?? Of course, we offer products that Specialize in cleansing, growing, hydrating, and even maintaining moisture in the hair. As well as we also offer organic aloe vera facial products that are number one in cleansing the face, and moisturizing the skin, all while lightening dark spots without leaving the face overly greasy. With each product made with natural ingredients to ensure incredible results, we make it a priority to live by our motto to have products that are “Natural products, Naturally Made, just like you!”
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Honestly putting God first and remaining as humble as possible! As well as I’ve learned to step out of my comfort zone and be more outspoken and open-minded.
