Today we’d like to introduce you to Zach Jaworski.
Hi Zach, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I actually started out pursuing professional golf, so a lot of my early years were spent competing and learning what it takes to stay disciplined and put in the work every day. Sports really shaped the way I approach life and business — showing up consistently, staying focused on long-term goals, and understanding that success comes from preparation and persistence.
After my time in professional golf, I knew I wanted to build something of my own while also doing work that genuinely helped people. That’s what led me to becoming a State Farm agent. What drew me to the industry was the opportunity to serve people in a meaningful way — helping families protect what they’ve worked hard for and helping individuals and business owners plan for the future.
Insurance is something people often don’t think about until they really need it, but having the right coverage and guidance can make a huge difference when life throws the unexpected your way. I’ve always wanted to be someone people in the community can rely on — whether that’s helping a young family protect their home, working with a small business owner, or helping someone plan ahead for the future.
Today I’m proud to serve people across the Memphis area and West Tennessee, with offices in Memphis, Collierville, and Bolivar. Being part of these communities and building relationships with the people we serve is one of the most rewarding parts of the job. For me, it’s never just been about insurance policies — it’s about helping people feel confident about their future and knowing they have someone they trust looking out for them.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most things worth doing, it definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road.
Insurance is something people often don’t think about until something goes wrong. A big part of the job is helping people understand why planning ahead matters and why protecting their family, home, or business is so important. That takes patience, education, and a lot of conversations.
Growing the agency and expanding into multiple communities like Memphis, Collierville, and Bolivar has also come with its share of challenges. Building strong teams and maintaining the level of service we want to provide across different locations takes constant effort.
But those challenges are also what make the work rewarding. Helping people navigate difficult situations, recover from unexpected events, and plan for their future is a big part of why I chose this path in the first place.
