Life & Work with Boogie Nation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Boogie Nation.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started doing talent shows with my bro, Lama in elementary, we had a group with his older brother who helped us get musically inclined, it was called platinum 3, and then the couple of other friends we had a group called N.I.P, this was the era of the groups, lol.

This was all elementary/middle school than all the bros from my neighborhood started taking off then we came together and embraced where we were from out that on the map, Lincoln Ave boys which are just short for where we from, very Influential of who I am today, music always been my therapy.

I just took minor setbacks and early troubles but have been on the course last three years taking it seriously perfecting my craft earning accolades on the way, winning coast two coasts, featured on sways universe, being in a billboard, radio play from FM to shade 45.

I started one of the biggest trends “Activated” just leaving my print in the game, & being the best father. I can be to my beautiful daughter, Madison.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It’s been a roller coaster, you have your ups & downs for sure, I dealt with incarceration in & out as a youth making being impulsive.

I dealt with fake friends you know betrayal everyone has to go through, betrayal from family, betrayal from female companions heartbreaks, discouragement the feeling of giving up, like I’m getting too old or it’s taking too long, rejection or lack of support from my family & friends, friends & family passing away.

The pressure of being a great dad while still in process of getting established.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a recording artist, I’m known for getting them activated, and playing scrabble with my wordplay, I’m most proud of my faith to never give up & keep pushing, my power, my determination, and I won’t take no for an answer.

I could keep up with every trend/fashion & still maintain my originality, my versatility, and that over-the-hill swag.

We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I auditioned for my first movie during the pandemic.
