Life & Work with Ninja Mane of Memphis

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ninja Mane.

Hi Ninja, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Even tho my whole life i was in love with music I didn’t get started making beats until 2011… I was managing my older brothers tattoo shop at the time and had some down time & decided to download beat making programs on my iPhone & ever since I’ve been going crazy lol I didn’t get my first laptop until 2013/2014 so for a few years I didn’t have any DAWS like Fruity Loops, Ableton live etc.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Along the way I met some great & talented artists and producers… Hell even Dj’s, managers, A&R’s too. I didn’t get my first major label placement until 2023, from working with the artists name Slimeroni. As of recently I just got a placement on Tyler Perry’s show “Beauty in Black” on Netflix Season 3 Episode 5 with the help from artists Life’s Luckii & Jay Sino and shoutout to Crosstown Sync for making that happen as well. The ride wasn’t easy I had to go through my ups & downs followed by me having to learn certain things that helped me get to where I am today but most importantly I had to get out of my own way… my career is my responsibility so I take full accountability for everything I do or don’t do … but honestly I only made it here because of God nothing else… if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t even be doing this interview right now

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a music producer, I’m the one making the beats. I specialize in quality. My job as a producer is to make sure that the best music is being delivered to the world when it comes to music being made on my beats. I’m known for quarter backing studio sessions and making CRAZY ass beats that has my fingerprint on them. I’d like to say my sound derives from Three 6 Mafia, Drumma Boy, Timbaland & Lex Luger along with 808 Mafia…. Those are the that influenced me. I’m most proud of my growth and everything I’ve learned being In the game. The things I’ve learned in able to use outside of music. What’s sets me apart from others is the fact that I’m just being me 10000% even down to the beats I make that’s 10000% me, if you know me personally you know exactly what I’m talking about lol bc when you hear my beats & you know my personality then you know that’s something I’d make

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was a goofy, love seeing people laugh & smile type of guy, definitely a class clown. I was definitely a people person growing up. I loved being around people, doing fun activities outside like sports riding bikes etc. you know kid stuff. as I got older I grew a interest in pick up trucks and from there I told myself I have to have a crazy truck collection which I started last year in 2025. Back when I was a teenager, really when I first graduated high school I started to get in trouble with the law so I was in & out of jail more than I should of been and it came with a cost. One of those times when I was in jail, one of my best friends died while I was gone and I didn’t get to see the funeral etc and that plays on my mental til this day BUT I’ve gotten better and I’m dealing with it the best as I can. I was also married at one point in life but that’s all ima say about that lol … now in 2026 I’m a father to the most beautiful 3 year old on this earth and I wouldn’t want to be anybody else’s father, she’s my world!
