Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanesha Clancy.
Hi Tanesha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started as a little girl wanting to feel loved and be a part of something phenomenal. I’ve always had a love for helping people and inspiring them on this journey we call life.
I like to give people a different perspective and way to view things working together as a team. Not knowing that decades later the Most High would give me an idea to create a management company called Team Favor Management.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
To whom much is given much is required so it hasn’t always been a smooth ride. You have to persevere on this journey never giving up but following your dreams.
One of my biggest struggles was doing something I’ve never done and not knowing exactly what to do, lol.
Also not having the support at times to assist you along the way.

Team Favor Management is a personal development company that strives relentlessly to help solve my client’s problems as a team.
I’m known for inspiring others to walk in their purpose while letting love be the guide, with the use of my book “22DOSES: A Dose of Inspirational Acronyms to Jumpstart Your Day”. I’m most proud of my not giving up and hearing individuals express how I helped to change their lives for the better. What sets me apart is I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and I’m one of a kind so there’s no need for me to compare myself to others.
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are to continue to do the will of the Most High and help make this world a better place. I look forward to seeing the manifestations of the seeds I’ve sown. I will continue to work on being a better me renewing my mind daily.
