Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Parker
Hi Danielle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was in college, working at my dad’s flooring store when I realized I needed a creative outlet. I had a passion for interior design and I could always draw, so I started designing bespoke furniture. I partnered with a skilled carpenter who I believed could bring my designs to fruition, and once completed I would sell them on the showroom floor. As I started designing and building more furniture, I would curate the showroom so it felt more like a home and that’s when customers would inquire about my interior design services.
I started to build my interior design business by gaining clients through word of mouth. I also integrated design software to help me streamline and grow.
In addition, I’ve acquired commercial real estate into my portfolio throughout the years.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not! Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. It’s definitely a journey of faith and problem solving. Entrepreneurs have to wear so many hats because in the beginning you can’t afford to higher help.
It can be years before you start drawing a salary since you’re constantly reinvesting into your business.
Faith, patience, determination and a great support system are all vital to running a business-and even then it can fail! But the key is to learn. Learn what works and what doesn’t. Learn how to pivot when necessary, and learn how to diversify the streams of income within your business.

33 and Boulevard is my interior design business. I design for both residential and commercial properties. Whether a client is looking for a consultation, interior refresh or renovation; I’m here to be of service!
Louvoy Studios is a content studio in Jackson, TN that provides studio spaces for photographers, film makers and podcasters, as well as meeting spaces for businesses and entrepreneurs. It can also serve as an intimate venue space for dinner parties, birthdays etc.
In everything, my brand is my dedication to providing the best experience and customer service possible. I strive for excellence.

In business, what matters most is the experience my clients and/or guests have with me. It’s seeing their faces after the completion of a renovation; or their experiences in a creative space that allows them to freely express themselves!
