Today we’d like to introduce you to Francesca Kinsey
Hi Francesca, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Ms. Francesca Kinsey is no stranger to the Wellness Community, having spent over a decade educating the public in being well in their wellness and life skills as a former UT-Extension Career Edge Intern, Memphis City Schools Family Consumer Sciences Educator, Professional Tax Preparer and Group Fitness Instructor. Currently, she is the owner of LiveYaLife Wellness, LLC dba LiveYaLife Natural Store. She is a certified Serv Safe Food and Handler Store Manager at LiveYaLife Natural Store. LiveYaLife has other pick up locations found on their website at www.liveyalifejuices.com. In this role, Francesca Kinsey educates the public through wellness by providing Foot Detox services and prepares fresh juices for cleaning the body at her store and as a beverage vendor across the City of Memphis weekly especially at local gyms (Crunch & Esporta). She is a big believer in “the body can heal itself through holistic practice” after reversing her three-time kidney stone episodes by creating her first juice which is called Kidney Juice and through Foot Detoxification of her kidneys and digestive system and exercising three to four times a week. She suffered with kidney stones from the age of 18 -26 years old. She has not had an any kidney stone since 2013. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Consumer Sciences concentration in education from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
After deciding to share with the world her struggles of maintaining a healthy diet with caused her to have kidney stones she decided to start a juice company for others during COVID. Can you believe in starting a business during an epidemic, however it was right on time. The world needed guidance on knowledge how to boost your immune system. Crafting seamoss, juices, teas & lemonades did the trick. Many people started consuming more healthier beverages & supplements such as seamoss. After three years of success with her homemade healthy products she didn’t to open a store front in Bartlett, TN. Due to the increase of rent, inflation & the city ordinance for promoting the business. She decided to look for a location in the city of Memphis limits. Teaming up with a local restaurant well known restaurant that open there doors for a delicious late night entry has made it possible for her business to be there in the day time to service her loyal customers.
