Meet In Talent We Trust Productions

Today we’d like to introduce you to In Talent We Trust Productions. Them and their team share their story with us below:

In Talent We Trust Productions was created by Shaunte and Alfred E. Armmer III. Shaunte is a professional choreographer, creative director, dancer, and artist developer. Alfred is a professional music producer/writer. The married couple decided that their talents could be used in a “one-stop shop” experience for artists to receive full projects done under one company for an all-inclusive price.

We offer services from music production, chorus/hook-writing, choreography, artists development for stage or video performances, dancers, wardrobes, and videographers. ITWT Productions was birthed in October of 2022.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting ITWT Productions overall has been a smooth transition for Shaunte and Alfred. Being that they both have worked in this industry for years, they’ve managed to miss the most bumps in the road thus far.

Nonetheless, being on the business side of the entertainment industry has proven to be uncharted territory. Luckily, Shaunte and Alfred have built strong relationships over the years that those select few were able to pour into them with all the knowledge and wisdom they had to offer from starting their businesses.

As you know, we’re big fans of In Talent We Trust Productions. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Here at In Talent We Trust Productions, we specialize in bringing the best of both worlds through music and dance, while offering other essential aspects of entertainment. We believe what sets us apart from others are, the opportunities we’ve been blessed with thus far in our careers. Shaunte has had the privilege of choreographing alongside very influential choreographers. This has led her to work with artists such as Khalid, Tyreese Gibson, and Baby Bash to name a few. Before she became a choreographer, she was a full-time industry dancer. She has toured/worked with Nicki Minaj, Key and Peele, Jason Derulo, Willow Smith, and more. With her 13yr background in this industry, she has also had to take on many business roles while being an assistant choreographer. Thus contributing to building the infrastructure of ITWT Productions.

Alfred/Lil A has been producing since his mid-teens. He has developed a repertoire that has allowed him to not only make amazing beats but also contribute to writing great hooks and songs as well. In 2017 he started working with the amazing singer/songwriter and fitness guru Keaira Leshae. That led to him producing a track on her EP entitled Smoke and Crowns. With their music relationship continuing to grow, Lil A later connected his great friend/big brother Stanley Randolph, who also is an amazing producer and drummer, with Keaira. That led to them all creating a record entitled Love TKO. Lil A Co-wrote the record with Keaira, while Stanley led in all production and engineering on the record. It came full circle when the visual was shot. Shaunte choreographed the entire video. Lil A has also worked with Reebok, Starz, and has worked in the studio alongside Grammy-nominated producers. With these experiences and knowledge, ITWT Productions is here to make a real stamp in the music and dance industry!
